Regardless of what Cat® equipment you own, their ages or their applications, a Foley Maintenance Plan (FMP) guarantees timely, expert service to keep you on the job.
The key feature is flexibility. Foley Maintenance Plans are customized to fit your business needs, your equipment and your applications. There are no pre-set requirements or specific services. Instead, we’ll analyze how you work, where you work and the extent of your service capabilities to determine the type of FMP that is right for you.
Foley offers three basic plans to which options can be added based on your specific needs:
“Do It Myself” The basic plan includes the required liquid filters, oil and oil samples for you to perform services at 250 hour intervals. An optional plan provides the required liquid filters and oil samples to perform for the 250 hour interval service but does not include oil or labor to perform any services.
Additional options for these plans include Quick Evac unit, 250 or 500 hour oil change interval options, dry filters, hydraulic oil and coolant.
“Work With Me” This plan provides the customer with the required filters, oil and samples to complete the 250 and 500 hour service intervals while Foley will provide the required filters, oil, samples and the labor to perform the 1,000 hour services. Included with the 1,000 hour intervals the customer will receive a comprehensive machine inspection with each visit.
“Do It For Me” Foley provides all of the required liquid filters, oil, samples and labor on each service interval. This includes a comprehensive machine inspection at the 1,000 hour intervals plus a basic inspection with the other Foley performed services.
Additional options for the above plans include Quick Evac unit, 250 or 500 hour oil change interval options, dry filters, hydraulic oil and/or coolant change, valve lash adjustment and circle adjustments on Motor Graders including labor during a Foley provided service interval.
